The classic must-see of Seattle! Some of our favorite spots in the Market are Beecher's Handmade Cheese, Rachel Gingers Beer, Pike Place Chowder, and Piroshky Piroshky. Do some shopping, grab a beautiful bouquet of flowers from our local farms, and check out our personal favorite store (and the oldest comic store in the world!) Golden Age Collectables.
Seattle Center has a lot of popular activities for tourists. There's the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and Pacific Science Center - as well as the Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Grab tickets to a show and check out some of the staple tourist sites of Seattle! Seattle Center is also home to severals festivals and events, be sure to check out the events calendar!
The PNW is an amazing place for hiking and water activities. There's an amazing program called Trailhead Direct that provides bus routes to different trailheads around an hour out of the city. We recommend utilizing this service and see some amazing sights! No need to rent a car to get the full PNW experience! If you do rent a car and want to check out some popular trails, a few of our favorites are Rattlesnake Ledge, Snow Lake, and Heather Lake!
